J. Rotherham Memorials is Barnsley’s longest serving Monumental Stonemason, and still very much a family run business, with locals still making reference to when Mr Rotherham had made an old family stone, or how they insist that they will only let ‘Mr Rotherham do their stone’.

The Showroom displays a full range of Memorials including several kerb sets. Having nearly 100 years of experience working with York stone, Slate and Granite, it does not come as a surprise to learn that Barnsley has developed a reputation for offering truly bespoke Memorials, with the only limitation being our own imagination. Located on Doncaster Road, the showroom is only a short walk away from the town centre and has accessible parking on site.

With Jane and Amanda in our Barnsley branch there really is no story to tell. From the moment you step through the door to the moment you leave this is the place where good old-fashioned service takes place.
