Most people think they’re struggling with motivation… but really they’re just expecting to feel buzzing every day, and that’s not real life.

A few reminders:

• You won’t feel up for it every day, still crack on.
• Make your plan so simple it’s harder not to do it.
• On rough days, drop the intensity, not the session.
• Consistency builds up over time, even the small, seemingly s**t sessions count.

Motivation’s nowt but a bonus. It’s your habits that do the heavy lifting.

We all want the dramatic “after” in a couple of weeks.

New plan. New routine. New motivation.

And when the scale doesn’t move fast enough, we tell ourselves we’ve “failed”… and start again on Monday.

But here’s the truth no one likes to sit with:

It’s not the big, life-changing gestures that transform you… it’s the tiny choices you make on boring Tuesday mornings.

The before photo here wasn’t years ago.
It was just 3–4 months before the after.

No magic plan. No perfect routine.
Just small, almost invisible habits stacked on top of each other:

Choosing the gym when it would’ve been easier not to.

Tracking meals even when it felt annoying.

Drinking water. Hitting protein. Sleeping a bit better.

Not letting one bad day turn into a bad week.

None of those things feel like they’re “working” in the moment.

There’s no fireworks. No dramatic montage.
It feels slow. It feels frustrating.
It feels like nothing is happening.

But then one day you take a photo…
and you realise every tiny choice added up.
And the person in the mirror isn’t who you were before —
not because of one big moment, but because you kept showing up for yourself long after the excitement wore off.

Most people overestimate what they can change in 2 weeks…
and massively underestimate what they can change in 3 months.

If you’re tired of starting over…
If you’re tired of feeling stuck…
If you’re finally ready to build the habits that actually change you, not just for a week, but for good…

Send me a message.

Looks don’t mean everything.
But if you’re hiring a coach… they should at least look like they coach.
