I’m not against Mounjaro or weight loss injections, I think for some people, they can genuinely help!

But it’s important to understand why they work…
They reduce appetite, which helps you eat fewer calories, meaning the real driver of fat loss is STILL the calorie deficit.

So if an injection “works” for you, the same principle can work without it, with the right structure, accountability, and habits in place.

MOST people don’t need a prescription… they need a plan that actually fits their lifestyle.

big believer in the fact priorities can change, some stages your focused on one goal, could be a photoshoot, could be a marathon, could be a hyrox.

but why restrict yourself to one little box, if you see yourself enjoying a variety of training methods?

Perhaps not optimal. But right now enjoyment > optimal.

Amongst awaiting the arrival of a little lazy boy, August looks like a 10k in Leeds & potentially an ATHX comp 👀 with my mate & client
