Most people aren’t stuck… they’re just underestimating.

Oils, snacks, drinks, “little bites”, and weekends add up FAST.
And this is also why fat loss injections work so well, they don’t magically burn fat… they just make it easier to stick to a calorie deficit by reducing hunger and food noise.

Be consistent with tracking and the results will finally make sense.

When you diet, your body doesn’t go:
“Nice one, let’s get lean.”

It goes:
“Food is scarce.”

So it increases hunger signals.
• Ghrelin (the hunger hormone) goes up
• Leptin (the “I’m full” hormone) goes down

So you feel hungrier even if you’re eating enough.

That’s not weak mindset.
That’s biology. So rather than focusing on willpower alone…be smart with your tactics to make it through and stay consistent.
