💖 On Friday 23rd May our amazing Senior Partner Dr Frances Middleton will be retiring 💖

Fran you have been absolutely amazing to work with and we will all miss you very much! But we know that you are heading into the next chapter as you get to spend some quality time with your beautiful family!

We are getting a high volume of sick note requests online when the sick note has already run out!!

Please ensure that you request the sick note 7 days before yours is going to run out please.

Sick note requests must only be sent if you need a continuation.
Any sick notes for a new condition needs to be seen by a doctor first
