DEPOSITS: All Appointments Require an non-refundable of Β£20 or for certain treatments Β£50 deposit. This deposit secures your appointment slot and is knocked off the remaining balance on the day. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: If any cancellations/no shows without 48hrs notice your deposit will be lost and a cancellation fee of Β£20 will be required as we are unable to fill that slot without prior notice. ALL NO SHOWS are a Β£20 cancellation fee
RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule thats NOT A PROBLEM! ALL Rescheduling must be done with 48hrs notice if under that we would require a new deposit due to the limited notice provided. COURSE CANCELLATIONS: Any courses rescheduled or cancelled within 2 weeks notice will require a Β£66 Cancellation fee before a new course date is booked
