I have been soooo full and satisfied this week with meals that I have planned. Meals that don’t even feel like “diet meals”. Just every day plans of what I fancy in every day life, only I’ve tweaked them to have them in a healthier way. It’s not a diet it’s a life style change!! If your going to start your day off with “the diet starts today” then trust me you’ll soon be bored and feeling deprived - because it won’t be foods you enjoy that you eat, it will be foods that you “feel you should be having”.
Who said Slimming World’s food optimising plan is restricted and boring when they are EVERY DAY FOODS just without the added oils, fats or butters that make them better for not just weight loss but your health! Diabetes, high cholesterol, fatty liver, lactose intolerant, celiac, heart failure, MENOPAUSE and so much more: food optimising works with everything that your body may be suffering with and will reduce the risk of illnesses developing. I alone have hundreds of members who will back this up, never mind the thousands all over the UK and Cyprus.

My groups are at Wombwell church hall above St.Marys across from the big free car park. There’s disabled access and parking. And I even run an option of morning or evening groups.
