🌙 Female Night Carers Required – Sleeping & Waking Night Positions 🌙
📍 Barnsley & surrounding areas

We are currently recruiting for Female Night Carers to provide dedicated overnight care for two individuals who require 24-hour support in their own homes. These are rewarding roles for caring, patient, and reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Available Positions:

Sleeping Night Carer

Waking Night Carer

Both positions will involve 12–14 hour night shifts, providing reassurance, safety, and support throughout the night while maintaining the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of the individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing person-centred care in line with individual care plans

Supporting with personal care, toileting, repositioning, and continence care where required

Monitoring health and wellbeing throughout the night

Responding appropriately to emergencies or changes in condition

Ensuring a calm, safe, and comfortable environment

Accurate record keeping and updating digital care notes

Supporting emotional wellbeing and offering reassurance when needed

What We Are Looking For:

Female carers due to client preference (genuine occupational requirement)

Previous experience in a care setting preferable but not essential

Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals

Ability to work independently during night hours

Good communication and observational skills

Commitment to delivering outstanding care
