As we come to the close of this weekend and prepare to enter a new day, we invite the gentle, loving power of Spirit to draw close.

No meetings. No noise. No expectations…

Just quiet peace in our hearts.

You sit, looking out at the sea, its rhythm steady, unhurried, eternal. Nothing is asked of you here. Nothing is required. The world, for a moment, loosens its grip.

Your mind, like the notebook, rests gently beside you not as a task, but as a space… a place where thoughts may settle and something deeper may rise.

There is, within you, a stillness that has always been present. It does not push you away. It does not demand your support. It simply waits patiently for the right moment to unfold.

And as you begin to slow, truly slow, you may notice something subtle around you…

A sense of knowing that doesn’t come from effort, but from allowing.

One of the things I love most about this work is being able to support good causes and the people behind them.

At the end of March, I’ll be holding a Charity Evening of Mediumship at Spiritual Awakenings in Barnsley, helping Oliver raise funds for his Barnsley to Borneo challenge.

There are still a few tickets left, and it would be wonderful to help him fill the room and raise as much as possible for the charity.

There will also be a raffle on the night with some lovely prizes, so it promises to be a really special evening.

We’re honoured to host Eric Cargill for an evening of deep trance mediumship in Barnsley on Thursday 30th April 2026 at 7pm.

In this moment of perfect balance, we are reminded to embrace hope, joy, and new beginnings. Trust in the journey ahead, believe in your dreams, and allow the light of Spirit to guide you toward positive change.

Good evening, friends. A little quiet today, but I’ve been working away in the background. I also walked just under five miles!

Wearing a different hat, I still found myself smiling at the sunshine and the people I bumped into along the way. I don’t often see people chatting, but today felt different perhaps because it’s the last day of winter. With astronomical spring beginning tomorrow, marked by the spring equinox, there’s a real sense of change in the air.

Here’s hoping we can all enjoy some beautiful sunshine in the days ahead. Have a wonderful evening, everyone.
