The weekend has begun with learning, love, and spirit. Today I am blessed to share this sacred space with 14 beautiful students — each one a shining light, unique and inspiring in their own way.

Their energy, dedication, and openness to Spirit uplift and teach me as much as I teach them. Together we grow, learn, and honour the power of love that connects us all.

I am so looking forward to watching all the students grow in their essence, as they open their hearts and allow the Spirit World to support and guide them through their learning.

A big thank you to Lauren & the team at Frickley Colliery Welfare Cricket Club for a beautiful evening. It’s always a joy to share in laughter, tears, and love with such wonderful souls.

To everyone who joined us, your energy truly made the night special. I can’t wait to return in February and continue this journey of growth and connection.

Good Morning Beautiful Souls! Day off and yet Spirit had other plans — up early, panda 🐼 eyes and all! As I sat in the quiet, my loved ones in Spirit drew close. Their love filled me with peace and a smile I didn’t know I needed.

Good night, my dear friends.

In reflection today, as this day ends, may we take a quiet moment to feel the nearness of Spirit. Whatever the universe may place before us — its tests or its blessings — remember that love is constant and Spirit never leaves our side.

We may choose to step away when life feels heavy, or we may trust that every experience, light or dark, is shaping our soul’s growth. Even in the shadows, there is always a glimmer of light waiting to be found. Never lose faith for Hope is only around the next chapter.

So rest tonight with peace in your heart, and know that Spirit walks with you always.

Good Morning Everyone! Halfway though half term for some of us!!!

It’s early, and I could not sleep! However, it’s our Wednesday healing day, and I am truly looking forward to sharing this sacred time with each of you.

This is a precious opportunity to align our mind, body, and spirit—bringing harmony and healing into our lives.

Join us for our free meditation session from 9:20-9:50 AM, where we will sit in stillness and allow the spirit of peace to wash over us. Then, from 1:00-2:00 PM (doors open at 12:30 PM), we’ll gather in our Open Circle—a space for connection, healing, and growth within our beautiful community.
