🧘♀️Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation) at Yoga Bee🧘♀️
This blissful class is held on the last Thursday of every month and will consist of 30 minutes Yin Yoga followed by 40 minutes Yoga Nidra.
The underfloor heating will be on, the candles lit and the bolsters & blankets out. Heaven 😊

Yoga Nidra is an ancient art and science that takes you on a guided meditative journey through consciousness to an effortless state of being between wakefulness and deep sleep. This meditative practice dates back to approximately 1000 BC and brings to life Yoga’s essential teachings.
A ritual of self-care and holistic healing, Yoga Nidra uses a collection of time-tested techniques to help the practitioner experience a mind state often referred to as “peace beyond words”. Yoga Nidra is a practice of non-doing. We need only to listen to the meditation instructions that guide us through a systematic letting go of tension.
