(This will replace the existing Hatha Yoga class. But, don’t worry, there are still 4 other Hatha Yoga classes to choose from).

Mat Pilates….

Pilates is a mat-based, low impact, exercise class with a strong emphasis on technique.

It aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility and functional movement. It targets the core but works other parts of the body too.

A typical Pilates class consists of a series of movements that can be adapted to suit different abilities. It’s extremely versatile and benefits practitioners regardless of fitness background.

Due to its popularity, I have decided to put on another Chair Yoga Class. 😊😊😊 Starting Monday 17th February.

This class isn’t available to book on the website yet so if you’d like to come, message me and I’ll book you in. You can then pay cash on the day (just until booking is available online). Thank you all for your continued support.

⭐️Chair Yoga
This class, as the name suggests, is mainly chair-based. It is aimed at older adults and/or people with mobility issues, injuries, lower fitness levels, visual or balance impairments & weakness. Using a chair means yoga can be practiced and enjoyed in a safe, manageable way for those who may not be able to take part in a mainstream class.
