In 2017 I came across the Country Walking Magazine's 2017 challenge. This equates to 2.7 miles a day. This is my eighth year. Prior to covid 2020 I managed to lose some weight, feel healthier and definitely become fitter. Life has definitely got in the way over the past 2+ years. Illness, house moves, no home, renovating a new home and changing jobs. My health has taken a back seat and I need to change this and take some accountability. This year (albeit a little late) I'm going to commit to 2024.
