The type of Hypnotherapy I do is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy . Half the session consists of approaching peoples problems in a positive way allowing them time to focus and think of small ways to improve their situation. This is then embedded in a relaxing Trance whilst the client is layed on my comfortable couch , allowing themselves time to free their mind of lifes worries and problems . People leave my therapy room feeling refreshed , inspired and motivated to carry on making small changes week by week , and enjoy returning for time out to calm and empty their busy minds...........
This is a modern approach and I am proud to say it is based upon the most recent advances in Neuroscience , focusing on how the brain responds to Positivity and positive thinking , and then building on this further in therapy each week. Its suitable for ALL ages and is a marvellous way to learn how to alter your mindset and focus more on the good things in your life . My clients are eager to learn from the facts known now about the brain , how they themselves can gain life skills to improve their mental health from here on......
