Most of you will know I don’t write long posts… but here goes.

Just sat reflecting on the pilates classes and lovely community you have all created. Meals out, Christmas parties and lots of laughs. When I look back in the last month it really shows what absolutely amazing and lovely supportive people that I have the privilege to see and treat and ( slightly torture) on a weekly basis.

Pilates is about strengthening and becoming more flexible, it’s about making you more comfortable to live, alongside a little challenge for your body.

But pilates also allows you to meet like-minded people that work together to support each other.

Thank you to everyone for being in my little team.

If you would like to join, please get in touch, my classes are now almost full, I teach 6 classes a week alongside my busy family life and physiotherapy work.

A break to rest and reset myself for the year ahead. Back in clinic on Tuesday for a busy physiotherapy clinic. Knee injuries, ongoing rehab for some and new patients to be assessed. Back teaching physio led pilates tomorrow, get in touch if you would like to join us.
