Bought some cheap trainers a few week ago to wear to the gym but decided to run on the treadmill in them and now my left foot is killing me so dipped into my savings to buy some decent ones for running in. Lesson learned don't run in cheap trainers.

Polite Notice
Moving forward in the new year I will not be training anyone without payment in full or a £15 deposit for single PT sessions before any PT session takes place.
Over the years I have had last minute cancellations and new clients wanting PT and then not turning up and not even letting me know. these are sessions I could have booked someone else in or even done something else with my time.
I am an easy going person and understand life gets in the way sometimes but this is my lively hood. I do not work and do this on the side, this is my job and I have bills to pay.
There are going to be some changes to my business this year and this is the first one.
