I have done a few videos in my group (Link in comments) about calories and how much protein you need and what to eat to get more protein in your diet.

Workout your calories at calculator.net

Set your protein at 0.8 - 1 gram per pound of lean or target bodyweight. So if you weigh 200lbs and your target is to weight 160 you need 128-160 grams of protein per day.

Protein sources I have in all the time are

Protein powder (not neccessary but it can help)
Greek Yoghurt (I add Protein powder to this)
Eggs
Chicken - ready cooked for sandwiches or wraps and chicken breast for meals
Salmon or your favourite fish
Lean mince
Steak - can be expensive so I have this as a treat.
Cottage cheese
Babybell lights
Protein pouches

I will do a seperate post for vegetarians and vegans on how to get adequate protein 💪

I’m Starting a 12-Week Fat Loss Phase Tomorrow.
I’ll be honest — I’ve let myself go a bit.
Nothing dramatic. Just life getting in the way like it sometimes does.
Stress, routine slipping… it happens to everyone.
So from tomorrow, I’m starting a proper 12-week fat loss phase and documenting the whole process inside my group.
No shortcuts.
No detoxes.
No pretending it’s easy.
