Good afternoon, just a quick reminder there is yoga tonight with Yoga with danielle ball".". In wombwell, at the wombwell community hall, its for all levels, face your fear what ever it may be, grab a mat a water bottle and come along and unblock the tension held within, life is harder avoiding rather than faceing the fear once done you relax and realise there was nothing to be afraid of its just your ego mind telling u not to because it thinks everything is dangerous!
