Location: Local Community (Home-Based Care)

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Care Assistants. In this role, you will support people in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in your local community by providing person-centred care and companionship.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
• Assisting with medication (where trained)
• Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Helping with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients with mobility and daily routines
• Maintaining accurate care records

What We’re Looking For
• A caring and empathetic nature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
