Tonight was the first ladies night I have attended. Lorna Taylor made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I arrived. During the session, she explained about the Chakras, she gave us questions to reflect & journal and then she guided through a beautiful meditation for our Crown Chakra. I highly recommend these nights. I am looking forward to the Summer one 🤗

Wow I can’t quite believe we are only in February and I’ve already had the privilege of supporting 30 incredible women and men with their visions through workshops, retreats, and workplace sessions!

It’s been so inspiring to see so many people stepping away from the busyness of everyday life, taking time to reconnect with themselves, and setting powerful intentions for the year ahead.
