An evening of wellness at its finest – we relaxed with a guided meditation designed to slow down the mind and body, with a gentle focus on the solar plexus, the centre of self-worth, radiance, and confidence.

The experience then followed with a soothing hot flannel treatment and the use of wellness products to replenish our skin and body 🧘‍♀️

Next evening Tuesday 30th September, a focus on the Root Chakra, our grounding energy and stability moving into September! With some light journalling and a wellness experience. 6pm-7.15pm! (£20pp)

If so, and you haven’t yet tried the QHEH (Quantum Holographic Echo Healing) treatment, you’re in for a transformative experience!

💫 What is QHEH?

Having spent so many years working with children, young people, and families, I never thought to connect that work with my life coaching—until someone asked if I’d run a parent & child session!

The session will explore confidence, self-esteem & willpower, focusing on the solar plexus chakra and creating space for everyone to reflect and grow.
