Feeling excited about my planning day 🤩
Next month, I’ll be guiding a Heart Chakra meditation session at a gym for staff — offering them a space to unwind, relax, and reconnect with themselves through kindness, compassion, and hope. A beautiful way to nurture the heart chakra as we transition into the autumn months. 💚 🩷
