Yesterday’s wellness retreat was truly special, spent in the company of such incredible ladies ✨

The day was filled with Zumba, a Temple Spa detox, chakra balancing, meditation, inner journalling, and a guidance card pull 🤩

We rounded it all off with a delicious afternoon tea and a glass of Prosecco — the perfect way to unwind and recharge.
