✨ A little reminder from someone who’s been there… and is still navigating the journey. ✨
I talk openly about my own experiences with neurodivergence, burnout, trauma, and the kind of stress that slowly takes up space in your body. Many of you who walk through my door share similar stories and I want you to know you’re not alone in this.
When stress builds, especially for women who are constantly holding everything together, it doesn’t just weigh on the mind. It can show up as:

None of this means you’re failing. It means you’re human.
