Inspiring transformation 💕 Christina has lost
an incredible 4 stone with The 1:1 Diet and now
feels more confident and happier 🙌 She has
maintained her weight loss for over a year!

"Throughout my life I’ve struggled with food
and turned to it as a coping mechanism. I’ve
lost weight in the past but always put it back
on. I went through a break up and decided
enough was enough so I committed to Step 4 of
The 1:1 Diet so that I could exercise alongside,
as well as learn to control my food.

I made delicious meals, counted every calorie
and enjoyed my ultimate favourite product, the
Fruit & Nut Bar, on a daily basis so it didn’t feel
like a chore or that I was missing out on
anything. I staggered my weight loss, so lost it a
stone at a time, which was much more
manageable for me not thinking about the total
amount, just taking it day by day.

Since the diet, I’ve worked on my habits and
exercise which is how I’ve maintained this huge
loss! That and I continue to have my daily fruit
and nut bars 😋

control, change my mindset around food and
help me keep the weight off for good!"
