It’s been a little while, but we have a pawsome update on H**e, our sponsored Hearing Dog puppy in training 🐶❤️💚

My amazing volunteer dog trainers have been teaching me my basic commands, and I’m proud to say I’m a pro at sit, down and wait.

Abbie says my waiting is incredible. She can tell me to wait, leave the room, and I’ll stay right there until she comes back and gives the cue. I have the most pawfect patience. It’s not always easy, but I know this is exactly what I need to learn.

At puppy class, we also play a fun game with cones. If I investigate the cone, I get a treat, which I absolutely love. This helps me understand that making specific choices leads to positive outcomes. It might seem like a small thing, but these games are an important step towards one day helping me make life-changing decisions, like alerting a deaf person in an emergency.

I’ve also been to the groomers, met my very first cat, and even saw some chickens. I love exploring the world around me, and all these new experiences are helping me grow in confidence every single day.

Learning, growing and doing my very best, one paw at a time 🐾✨❤️💚
