The feelings wheel has proven to be super helpful in my art therapy sessions. Sometimes it’s hard to pin point how you feel and this prompts people to communicate these emotions 🎨

The Feelings Wheel is the brainchild of Dr. Gloria Willcox and can help us understand our emotions and care for our mental health. The wheel acknowledges that emotions are rarely singular and often manifest as a complex blend of various feelings.

-Communicate your feelings with yourself through journaling or art-making. Alternatively, speak about your feelings with your partner, or a trusted support system.
💪 Embrace Empowerment:
-Use what you've discovered about yourself in this process to manage your emotions effectively.
-This may take form through regular meditation, journaling, art-making, or seeking help from a therapist.
