I know for a fact that I have "lapsed" Slimming World members on my Facebook friend list. The reason I know that is because once you become a member of my Slimming World groups 🥰 you remain a friend of mine, whether you attend group or not.
We might not always talk but I never stop caring about you!

I know some of you are coming back to group and I couldn't be more pleased. I am really looking forward to seeing you again!

But for those who are still undecided...please know there is absolutely no shame in taking a break from group and then coming back. You're not the first Slimming World member to have done so and you won't be the last.

Life has a habit of getting in the way doesn't it? But if you do want to come back I want you to know that we'll be there waiting, no questions, no judgement - just love, support and a plan to help you get back on track ready to achieve whatever you want to achieve!

And a further reassurance that I'm not perfect myself so I know what you're feeling and I can promise you that we're all in this together...and together we can all have a fresh start!
