Role at SCB: Level 3 Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates Tutor & Assessor.

Extensive Experience: 7+ years at the forefront of the fitness industry, delivering dynamic group classes and highly effective 1:1 Personal Training

Advanced Qualifications: Level 4 Pilates Master Practitioner, renowned for a precise, evidence-based approach

Speciality: Pre/Postnatal Pilates, providing Pilates for a variety of individuals and performance optimisation through smart biomechanics

Teaching Philosophy: Focused on technique, safe progression, and measurable improvements ensuring individuals move better, feel better, and perform better
