Cancellation Policy
* Please note emergency circumstances will be taken into acount *

All clients can cancel or reschedule sessions at any time when giving 24hrs notice. If you wish to cancel an appointment with less than 24hrs notice or fail to attend 50% of the session fee will be charged. If you have a Gift Voucher or a pre-paid package 50% of amount will be forfeited if you fail to give 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointments

Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. Regretfully late arrivals will constitute reduced session time, but will be charged at the full rate. For session bookings of 2 hours or more we require £20 deposit to confirm the booking. All therapy packages can be booked on days to suit your journey, however the full amount must be paid at beginning of the course

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20% & are subject to change without prior notice.

Hi

What a mad 20 months we have had. I just wanted to say something that I think is important.

There is a lot of fear about, at the moment. Fear takes over our rational brain, and this is then replaced by our emotional brain. There is lots of information on the news at the minute that is creating lots of discussion and lots of differing opinions. Fear can attract lots of negative emotions, like distrust, hate, and bitterness, and this can put us in a negative mindset.

Think about turning social media off, do things that make you happy, spend time with family and friends, and practice self-care and compassionate.
