This morning I had another no-show at 09:00. No message, no cancellation. Just empty space.

Here’s the reality:
👉 A missed appointment isn’t just an empty hour — it’s lost income that supports my family.
👉 It’s time I could have given to another client who genuinely needed help.
👉 And it’s precious time away from my own family that I can’t get back.

I completely understand that life happens. Things crop up. But if you can’t make it, please send a quick message. It takes 10 seconds and makes a huge difference.

💡 Because of repeated no-shows, I now have a cancellation policy in place.
🔒 A £20 upfront booking fee is now required to secure appointments. This protects my time and ensures fairness for clients who are serious about their sessions.

I’m already adjusting my hours — working 06:00–14:00 elsewhere, then offering afternoons and evenings here — to keep this going. Every no-show makes that harder.

Today I stepped into a Hyrox simulation surrounded by new faces. I wasn’t sure how I’d hold up after my recent injury…

But here’s the truth:

I didn’t compare.
I didn’t doubt.
I just showed up, and I got it DONE ✔️

Long run was off the cards today thanks to the calf, so I traded it in for 1 hour 40 minutes on the assault bike.

Somewhere around the hour mark I left my body, had a little meditation session with my eyes closed, and came back just in time to finish the ride 🤣

Lesson? Injury doesn’t stop the grind, we just find another way to keep
moving. 🚴‍♂️💪
