We are a team of experienced Mental Health Professionals who offer private assessments, treatment and therapies for Children, Adolescents and Adults. Assessment and Treatments offered include; CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Counselling and Clinical Psychology for Children and Adolescents and Adults. Treatment and Therapies available for a range of issues and common mental health problems. These include stress, depression, anxiety disorders (Trauma and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Generalised Anxiety Disorder, OCD, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety), relationship problems, work related issues, anger, low self esteem, childhood issues, bereavement, and a range of other difficulties. As well as individual therapy, Yorkshire Psychotherapy Ltd also offers workshops, clinical supervision, training and mental health advice, consultancy, support and interventions for a range of businesses.
