Welcome to the Team | Prince Mitton

We’re pleased to welcome Prince Mitton to Optimo Care Group as our new PBS Lead.

Prince brings extensive experience across the NHS, education, local authority, mental health, and complex care sectors, having held a range of senior behaviour support and leadership roles throughout his career.

In his role, Prince will:
✅ Lead and strengthen Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practice across the Group
✅ Support teams working with individuals with complex needs
✅ Help embed person-centred, evidence-based approaches across services
✅ Contribute to safe, sustainable, and high-quality outcomes for the people we support

With qualifications in psychology, sociology, applied behaviour analysis, and autism studies from Harvard Medical School, Prince brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Welcome to the Team | Jamie Warrender

We’re delighted to welcome Jamie Warrender to Optimo Care Group as our new Head of Transforming Care.

Jamie brings over 20 years of experience across learning disability, autism, and complex care services, with specialist expertise in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), service transformation, and complex transitions.

In his role, Jamie will:
✅ Lead Optimo’s Transforming Care agenda across the Group
✅ Oversee complex referrals, assessments, and transitions
✅ Support the development of safe, person-centred pathways
✅ Work alongside operational, clinical, and commissioning teams to strengthen outcomes across our services

Jamie’s experience and passion for creating capable, supportive environments will play a key role in strengthening our approach to complex care and community-based support.

Staff Announcement | Welcoming Victoria Arrowsmith – Quality Improvement Manager (South)

We’re thrilled to welcome Victoria Arrowsmith to Optimo Care Group as our new Quality Improvement Manager for the South.

Victoria brings over two decades of experience across clinical, community, and strategic roles in Learning Disability Nursing, NHS leadership, and Integrated Care Boards. A qualified Learning Disability Nurse, Best Interest Assessor, and former GP Liaison Nurse, she has championed person-centred care across a wide range of complex and high-impact settings.

In her new role, Victoria will:
✔️ Lead on quality improvement initiatives across the South
✔️ Support teams to embed high-quality, person-centred care
✔️ Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to deliver service excellence
✔️ Help shape inclusive, outcomes-focused care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs

We’re thrilled to welcome Tony Differ to Optimo Care Group as our new Head of Transforming Care.

With over 30 years’ experience in the care sector, Tony brings deep expertise in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs, alongside national leadership in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), service transformation, and staff development.

In his new role, Tony will:
✔️ Lead our Transforming Care and PBS strategy across the Group
✔️ Oversee PBS assessments and individual transitions
✔️ Collaborate with operational, clinical, and commercial teams
✔️ Support colleagues to embed PBS and person-centred practice across all services
