After a decade of service, leadership, and heart, we’re celebrating Jane Brownlie (née Lister) who recently left us to pursue a new role overseas as 'Professional Sunset Watcher' (her words 😉).

As Group Head of Recruitment & Resourcing, Jane played a pivotal role in building not just our workforce, but also the culture and values of Optimo Care Group. Through her dedication to people, her eye for potential, and her values-led leadership, she has helped shape the teams that deliver exceptional care across our organisation 💛

Known for her warmth, resilience, and commitment (as well as her impressive ability to knock out handstand push-ups!!), Jane leaves behind a positive legacy of impact that will be felt for years to come.
