Contact Centre Administrator
Duties will include:
• Taking out of hours calls, responding to enquiries, providing information and logging activity accordingly
• Working on a Rota basis- Monday to Friday 5pm to 10.30pm, Weekends 10am to 5pm or 5pm to 10.30pm
• 11 to 15 hours per week
• £9.28 per hour
• Equipment provided
• Remote working (after initial training period which will be conducted at our Barnsley office)
