It’s not lazy to rest, it’s necessary🌿
Over the years, I’ve realised how important it is to make space for rest as much as for movement, nutrition and all the “doing.” Rest isn’t just about switching off, it’s what allows the body and mind to recover, recharge and show up stronger.
For me, rest might look like reading, getting outside for some fresh air, or simply giving myself permission to slow down. When I manage my time with rest in mind, I feel more balanced, more energised, and more able to support the people around me.
💛 Rest is not wasted time. It’s one of the most powerful ways to care for your health.
