🌞 Had a wonderful time teaching Pilates at Little Roadway Farm in Woolacombe to 15 lovely ladies this morning!

🧘‍♀️ We soaked up the sunshine, enjoyed a deep relaxation and were treated to the most incredible, far-reaching views 🌄 — such a peaceful, beautiful campsite! ⛺️🌿

Huge thanks to Kerry for organising a truly special Women’s Wellness Weekend! 💖✨

Back from an amazing week off hiking in the stunning Peak District. It’s the best feeling to be in nature and helps me to recharge 🏞️ I also went to a heartwarming charity husky meet-up 🐾 — complete with a dog show where Luna proudly took 3rd place in the ‘Gorgeous Girl’ category (out of 57 other dogs)! 🥉😍 Smiles all around (especially from one very proud human!)

I am feeling refreshed and ready for a fantastic week of Pilates! 💪✨ This week, we’re diving into sessions using the mini ball — a brilliant prop for enhancing balance and core strength. Can’t wait to see everyone back on the mat! 🧘‍♀️

🌟 Pilates Class Update 🌟

Just a quick note to say there will be no Pilates classes next week, except for Tuesday morning classes, which will be wonderfully covered by the lovely Rosie 🙌💪

I’m going to be away in the beautiful Peak District 🏞️ and then heading off to an exciting husky dog show next weekend! 🐶

Classes will be back to normal from Monday 2nd June – can’t wait to see you all then! 💫🧘‍♀️

📣 🗞️ Client Love + Pilates Trends!

One of my wonderful clients brought me a newspaper clipping last week about the newest fitness trend: Pilates with your pooch! 🐶🧘‍♀️

The article shared how Pilates movements can actually help dogs dealing with pain and alignment issues—just like it helps us humans! 🦴💪

I love seeing how movement and mindfulness are expanding to include our four-legged friends. Who knew core work could be so… pawsitive? 😉

How amazing is this sunshine?! ☀️

Perfect weather to get outside, move your body and soak up those feel-good, vitamin D vibes!

We made the most of it in Friday’s outdoor Pilates session—and it was beautiful just listening to the sounds of nature and feeling the warmth on our skin! Thanks to everyone who joined. Watch this space for more outdoor classes in June✨🧘‍♀️
