Self care is not selfish or self indulgent… it is self preservation. What has stuck me lately is the importance of keeping your own cup as full as possible and ONLY THEN serving others with the overflow. Then you know you are at your best to help others. Xx

What is mindfulness!!? How is it helpful to all? The popular belief is that it is a relaxation practice. Sure, the side effect can be relaxation. Mmmm but it is actually a highly skilled practice of paying attention…to notice.. the foundations of psychological wellbeing.
