Join us for AWAKEN: The Fire Within, a transformational four-day retreat in our peaceful North Devon yurt, created for those ready to reclaim their power and step into deep, lasting change.

🌟Yoga & Gong Evening 🌟
This is a very magical evening karen and I have ran together over the past 4 years x🌟
Not to be missed x🌟❤️🙏

Come and join us for this healing event, give yourself the time and space to just stop, let go and relax.

You are invited to our shared intimate session of yoga movement with Julie Lea followed by a deep relaxation gong bath with Karen Vogelin.

We are looking forward to sharing our combined practices with you in Julie’s beautiful Yurt called Shaktiva.

Once arrived in the space we will take a few moments before Julie takes us through a gentle practice of asana (yoga postures), pranayama ( breath work) and meditation, to reconnect with our bodies and really notice how we truely feel, tuning into those pockets of resistance , stress and past trauma. Through yoga we can learn to welcome whatever rises and then to let go 😊 Freedom !!!!!!

Karen will then take us into the gong bath, starting with the gentle sounds of the singing bowls and then into a deeply healing and powerful gong bath. The Gong is a powerful healing tool which aids in relaxing your mind, body and soul. All you need to do is relax and let the sounds take you on your own dreamy journey :) At the end of the sounds we will lay silently listening to the birds and the sounds of nature. 🙏🥰

Please bring a comfortable mat, blankets & pillow to keep you warm during the relaxation. And maybe an extra jumper would be helpful as well as water to keep you hydrated.

The cost of this session is £25 payable in advance to secure your space.

This is a powerful sacred space where women come together in ceremony to feel deep connection, to feel visible and to feel deep support x
We are able to be fully real and authentic x
The space feels like a growth container with the ability to hold whatever arises x🌟

Women have sat in Circle for thousands of years together x
It can really feel like coming home x 🌟

My deep calling is to heal the sisterhood wound between women, of competition, judgement and jealously, created through the patriarch. We have created a world where women need to be perfect before we show ourselves x🌟

Lets disrupt this old pattern and lets be able to be Brilliant and Imperfect !!!x 🌟

We are hear to step into our true calling and we can not do this alone. We need each other, right now more than ever x🌟

We will meditate calling in our deepest yearnings of what we want to be creating x🌟
