Tomorrow 25th April – 5K Your Way at Rock Park 8.40am – Everyone is welcome! You can walk, jog or run. Try 1k, 2k, or 5k. Do it YOUR way!!

**New to the Centre** Tea Laughter Chat – TLC Carers Support Group this is a support group aimed at anyone who is caring for someone with a diagnosis of cancer. The group will be held the last Thursday of each month the first one will be 28th May 12.30pm – 1.30pm.

What a wonderful day! 😊

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at our Lifestyle and Wellbeing Fair at The Cedars on Wednesday — what an incredible turnout.

With more than 40 stalls packed full of information, support and inspiration, the day was all about helping patients in North Devon living with and beyond cancer to feel empowered, connected and cared for 🌿

Thank you to every exhibitor, volunteer and visitor who made it such a special event. We hope you left feeling informed and inspired — we certainly did!

Join us this Saturday 25th April at Rock Park Barnstaple 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer 8.40am to walk, jog or run 5k - you don't have to it all. If you can manage 1k or 2k that's fine too. Be part of a growing group of people who are either living with and beyond a cancer diagnosis,
or have a family member, friend or colleague that has been affected by cancer. We are all in it together and want to share how important exercise is for the mind , body and soul. Come and join this friendly group on the last Saturday morning of every month in conjunction with your local Park Run💜💚💜

"Saturday morning parkruns are such a highlight of the week.

"I have walked at many parkruns and never once been made to feel out of place. Everyone is always so friendly and encouraging.

"Its a great way to meet new people and get out in the fresh air at lots of interesting places.

"Not everyone is a runner for many different reasons and some disabilities are not visible, but no-one questions why you aren't running at parkrun."

Join us at The Cedars Barnstaple Wednesday 22nd April starting at 10am for a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Fair hosted by The Fern Centre.

This special event will feature over 40 stalls offering valuable information, support, and resource’s, along with informative talks throughout the day. To support patients living with and beyond cancer in a welcoming and informative environment.

Come along and explore what’s on offer and connect with a range of services and support networks. Refreshments will be available.

🌸 Pilates for Breast Cancer Recovery – Booking Essential

This supportive class is designed to help women rebuild strength, mobility and confidence after treatment.

Because every recovery journey is different, places must be booked in advance so we can ensure the class is safe and suitable for you.
