Bowen therapy with Liz is an incredibly restorative and body balancing practice- as relaxing as a massage but so much more than that - creating an environment in which your body can heal itself. It's possible to feel the benefits straight away and is actually slightly addictive - I've come away from every session feeling really great. If you want to take your health into your own hands, I'd highly recommend Bowen!

I am seeing remarkable results on a daily basis using the Bowen Technique. If you are or if you know of anyone who is in pain you might want to consider this gentle treatment. Bowen is often a last resort, don't wait and wish you'd try it first!

Everyday is mind blowing using the Bowen technique - from instant postural changes to diminishing pain in one treatment.

Great weekend in Peterborough, reviewing clinical practice and enhancing professional skills. Also learning additional strapping for the elbow, knee and wrist. Strapping works really well along-side Bowen treatment for clients suffering with RSI, Carpal tunnel or any non resolving elbow/wrist problems. Knee strapping for weak or injured knees. Ankle strapping for Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. You can find me in Barnstaple and Mortehoe weekdays and some evening appointments also available.
