The Lullaby Trust shares easy to understand (especially when you’re tired!) information to ensure your little ones and kept safe and sound 💤

Just because it’s on the shelf doesn’t mean it’s suitable for sleep. 🤔

Baby sleep products aren’t always designed with safer sleep in mind, even if they’re marketed that way.

When it comes to your baby’s sleep space, keep it simple to keep it safe. You don’t need to buy lots of products or spend money on expensive items.

The safest place for a baby to sleep is on their back in their own clear, flat, firm sleep space.

There are just a few items that we recommend – the baby necessities:

- Cot or Moses basket
- Portable sleep space such as a travel cot, carry cot or Moses basket
- Firm, flat, waterproof mattress
- Sleeping bag or sheets and a lightweight blanket
- Room thermometer
- Car seat – this is not intended for sleeping when not travelling, but is essential for safer travel.

Today we were thrilled to host a gorgeous 𝑯𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑷𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒂𝒃𝒚 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓. From the sorting hat nappy cake to golden snitches and a table full of delicious food, it was a lovely afternoon filled with games, laughter and lots of excitement for the impending arrival.

We love seeing the centre transformed for 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 like this.

👨🏽 👶🏽 Me & My Dad Playgroup & Baby & Child First Aid☕🥓

Yesterday we had a brilliant morning with our dads and little ones enjoying playtime, chats, hot coffee and bacon sandwiches while the babies explored and socialised.

It was lovely to see dads connecting, relaxing and spending quality time together in a welcoming space.

The session was followed by our Baby & Child First Aid course, helping families build confidence and learn essential lifesaving skills.

A great morning of community, connection and learning.
