Introducing Edwina.

We’re really pleased to have Edwina Brook working from the clinic.

Edwina is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents.

She qualified in 2004 and has over 20 years’ experience, including working within CAMHS and Barnardo’s as a Manager and Lead Clinician supporting children and young people with post-abuse trauma.

Her background also includes work with Warwickshire Police, Victim Support, schools, children’s charities and GP services in counselling, safeguarding and child protection roles.

Alongside this, she has spent many years in private practice working one-to-one with clients through a wide range of challenges.

Edwina offers a calm, confidential and supportive space to talk things through, whatever your reasons for seeking support.

It’s Chiropractic Awareness Week, so a little look at what actually happens when you come in 👀

Appointments don’t start with treatment.

They start with a proper conversation. What’s been going on, how long it’s been there, what’s changed.

Then we take a closer look with a full consultation and examination to understand what’s actually causing the problem.

From there, we can work out what might help and the best way forward.

One of our patients and friends, Ryan, is taking on something pretty incredible this August.

Alongside his friend Charlie, they’ll be running the full length of mainland UK, from John O’Groats to Land’s End.

That’s over 1000 miles in 31 days.
Around 50km every single day. No rest days.

They’re doing it in memory of Charlie’s dad and raising money for Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund, supporting research into earlier detection and better treatment.

It’s a huge physical and mental challenge for a cause that really matters, and we’re proud to support them.
