Christmas can be a joyful time, but it can also place a lot of quiet pressure on the body.
Busier schedules, extra stress, disrupted routines and less time to rest often show up physically. Tight shoulders, neck tension, headaches, jaw clenching, shallow breathing or a sore back are all very common at this time of year.
You’re not imagining it, and you’re definitely not alone.
As the festive season ramps up, small things can really help. Taking a few moments to pause and breathe, keeping your body gently moving, stretching areas that feel tight and giving yourself permission to slow down when you can all make a difference.
