The safe spaces scheme provides safe spaces that victims of domestic abuse can go to and ask for help. This might be a bank or pharmacy who will offer you a consulting room. You can use a safe space in whichever way works for you. They provide a safe and discreet way to reach out to friends and family and contact specialist support services.

Flu cases are higher than they have ever been at this time of year.

An average of 2,660 patients per day were in a hospital bed with flu last week. That’s enough flu patients each day to fill more than 3 whole hospital trusts.
