Our current dietary habits in the UK are heavily influenced by an over-reliance on processed foods, along with a high consumption of meat and dairy products. We recognise however that this can sometimes be challenging! Today we asked all our staff to bring in and share their favourite plant based dishes at our second plant based Brannam Lunch. A brilliant way for us to help each other along the journey of becoming more sustainable and introducing new cooking ideas along the way.
