IMPORTANT MESSAGE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE MASSAGE, BEAUTY, HEALING AND HOLISTIC INDUSTRY 💜
STOP AND PAUSE ….More than ever we need to be in balance, in our industry it’s so important to make sure we look after ourselves FIRST - this is NOT selfish, it’s ‘self-full’ because how can you look after others, if you are depleted yourself?
What do you do and have in place, to put your mind, body and soul first?
I take Wednesday’s off, I give things away for free (as it’s not all about what you get, rather than what you can share and give away for free, from the heart that really matters) saying no more often, not overwhelming yourself and stop justifying your decisions and surround yourself with positive people who care about you and support you in balance with each other.
If you come from the heart, it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks or says about you, as they are only often looking at things from their blinkered perspective of lack, control, criticism, fear, anger or negativity.
You shouldn’t have to try and push water 💦 up a hill with a fork, life should be one of heart connection and collaboration, helping to lift each other up without depleting anyone’s energies.
This is what I personally feel is important, in our crazy stressful lives that we all lead, we all need to understand the power in the pause and listen to our gut instincts and be kind.
