From Unhealthy to Healthy 💪✨

When Richard first walked through our doors, he knew something had to change. Tired, sluggish, and carrying extra weight that was holding him back, he decided enough was enough — it was time to take control of his health.

Fast forward to today, and what a transformation! 🙌
He’s lost an incredible 4 stone, dropped his body fat by 6.8%, visceral fat by 6 litres, and even gained muscle and hydration — the ultimate signs of a stronger, healthier body.
