Each week, we’ll explore one of the 7 energy centres – moving, reflecting, creating, and connecting.

Tonight to mark the Flower Moon… 🌝🌼 we gathered.
We moved, breathed, released, and returned to ourselves.
A circle of open hands, cacao warming our hearts and souls, we softened into the beauty of being held — by each other, by the Earth.

Thank you to every soul who showed up for this sacred pause, may the Summer continue to bloom.

It’s nearly at the time where we do some free yoga on the beach. Obviously weather dependant! It’s free/ fun and all about building a community! So bring your friends, families and colleagues along for a bit of zen stretchy time.

My loves 🙏💛

I’m teaching weekly, donation based Zoom Hatha Yoga classes on:

- Sunday 10.00 am - 11.00 am
- Tuesday 18.00 pm - 19.00 pm

The 60min class will contain:

- Meditation: Concentration of mind into pure conscious awareness
- Asana Practice: Yoga postures
- Relaxation: Inviting you to let go of the stresses of everyday life, a beautiful ending.

Aims:

- The class will help build strength and flexibility while working on engaging with the breath to release toxins and re-energise our bodies.

What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all yoga asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques). Even though it can be considered a gentle class, the practice of hatha yoga can still be physically and mentally challenging and is ‘the mother’ of all practices. Therefore, during the class the practice can be personalised by implying variations to the asanas that will help improve balance, flexibility and strength over time.
The class will consist of Meditation (Dhyana), Sun Salutation, standing poses, seated poses, twists, back bends, inversions (all levels) and relaxation.

Hello my divine one, 💫

I have the last two classes on this week at 5.30pm on Tuesday & Wednesday. I will teaching two relaxing candle lit 60min yoga class for you at

Allowing you to move into lockdown hibernation mindfully. Taking care to serve the body and the breath. I will be setting the tone for the future month by moving inward and holding space for anything you want to shed during this autumnal period.

Let me look after you for an hour. ✨
