Tonight’s reading is DONE and dusted — it’s recorded and already up on YouTube! But I’m switching things up a little with how I share it here…

Usually I just post the full YouTube link, but I’m experimenting with Facebook Reels now so more of you get to see these messages. 🙌 The only thing is… Reels are limited to 90 seconds, and I just couldn’t squeeze it all in — so I’m currently in CapCut trimming the video into a Part 1 & Part 2.

They’ll both be uploaded tonight, I promise — I’m just figuring out this new format as I go, so thank you for your patience! 🩷

New reading coming tomorrow 🌟

Hey everyone, just thought I’d do a little check-in. I’ve taken a few days off posting — there’s been a lot going on in my life. Some of it has been beautiful, some of it has been heavy, but overall I’m okay.

My intuition has grown stronger lately (especially over the last few days), and I’ve received some really clear and powerful messages from loved ones in spirit.

One of those messages came from my Nan on my dad’s side — and it was so deep, so strong, and so bright. It came at a time I needed it most… a moment that reminded me I’m never truly alone.

None of us are ever alone.
We have so much support from loved ones in spirit — it’s just sometimes hard to see when we can’t physically see them.

The thing is, when you start rising — emotionally, energetically, spiritually — it shakes the people around you. Not everyone can celebrate your growth, especially if they haven’t tapped into their own. Sometimes it brings projection or chaos from those who feel threatened by your light.

It’s sad, but it’s part of the process. As you move higher, not everyone will rise with you.

So I’ve taken a few days to ground, clear, and integrate the big spiritual shifts I’ve been moving through. And I always try to process before I post, because I never want to pour from an uncentred space.

Hi everyone! 💗

I’ve just uploaded my most recent video — it’s a mini heart healing technique you can try anytime you’re feeling heavy, blocked, or in need of a little emotional reset. 🕊️✨

Our heart space holds so much… love, pain, grief, hope, and joy.
Over time, emotional wounds can build up and create energetic blocks that leave us feeling closed off, mistrustful, or even disconnected from ourselves.

Heart healing is about gently coming back to yourself.
It’s about releasing what no longer serves, learning to trust yourself again, and opening up to receive love freely — both from within and from others. When we care for our heart energy, life starts to feel more peaceful, more compassionate, and simply more aligned. 💞

✨ Pendulum Energy Check-In ✨

The energy with the pendulum today was quite subtle — not a huge swing like it sometimes is, but still clear enough to tune in and receive what was needed. 🙏🏻

Apologies for posting this later than planned! I was experimenting with filming from a different angle today, and that ended up being more of a challenge than expected. Still, it’s all part of the process. 😊

I’m thinking of making this a weekly thing, as it feels like a really lovely way to help you check in with your energy and get some answer’s . I’ll definitely tweak the setup next time so you can see the pendulum’s movement more clearly.

Also — tomorrow’s video is all about heart healing 💖 and it’s already filmed and ready to go! That one came together so simply and beautifully. I’ll be uploading it around 7–8 p.m. tomorrow evening.
