Today I spoke with Paul from Moral Mushrooms.

They have opened a shop in Northam (Devon) selling locally farmed fresh medicinal mushrooms.

It's fascinating how they are producing these mushrooms for the community. As a herbalist I cannot stress how beneficial this is to have on the doorstep.

They are covering all the common medical mushrooms such as Lions Mane, Turkey Tail and Rashee.

I will be recommending them to clients and using their products in my work. We can all benefit from the nutrition and medical properties they provide.

We are also looking forward to trying their coffee alternatives and relaxing in the shop/cafe.

The team at Moral are really knowledgeable and approachable so I encourage you to get in touch and learn some more.

Dao- direction/way/path.

Join us for exploration into breath work, relaxing the mind and creating suppleness in the body.

Online classes of Qigong, Tai Chi and meditation are currently running via Zoom.

Thursday- Qigong live 11:00 to 12:00. Sessions recorded for personal practice.

Saturdays- Throughout the darker months, meditation via zoom, 10:00 to 11:00.

Last Tuesday of the month Tai Chi form practice at Northam Community center, 15:00 to 16:30.
