Cancellation Policy
At Reductions Clinic, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, including in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the full treatment cost being charged.
• This fee may be processed automatically via the secure card capture system used at the time of booking. Consent for this is provided when confirming your appointment.
• The clinic reserves the right to request full payment in advance for future treatments and to decline further bookings where outstanding fees remain unpaid.
Please note: Card details are not stored or accessible by the clinic. All payments are processed securely through Ovatu’s encrypted system.
