Just back from four days of continuing professional development in Sunny Scotland (it was warmer there than at home!). This course was all about the organs of the digestive system and how we can treat the gut using osteopathy. this is a nice and easy tip...

Prolonged screen or reading times can lead to eye strain, dry eyes, and headaches. DO ✅ take breaks! Use the 20 - 20 - 20 rule to help your eyes:

🖥️ After using a screen for 20 minutes
📏 Look at an object 20 feet away
🕓 For 20 seconds
