While we are experiencing this hot weather I find it helps to take a short break, close your eyes and imagin you are paddling in cool water. Just allow your breath to settle and think about the cool water refreshing all of your body as you breath in..... and breath out....

Looking forward to starting a regular weekly mindfulness and Wellbeing class at Kindred in Bromsgove. Great news I am able to start teaching groups face to face again. On the 19th May I am welcolming back my old group back at a new venue, Dodford Village Hall for Mid week Mindfulness. Class starts at 10.00am and will be for 2 hours so we can have a good catch up as well mindful meditation and relaxation. Anyone who has attended one of my classes is welcome to attend, just send me a message. Really excited to seeing you all.

Hi everyone, I am coming to terms with this new 'normal' and have decided to to start my classes again at the Wishing Well in Bromsgrove. I will be running two classes on Wednesday mornings. I am limiting numbers to 6 to keep us safe. My first class is already full, but I have spaces at 11.15. Please get in touch if you would like to book or discuss other times that would work for you.
I can't wait to get back to teaching and welcoming my regulars back and meeting new people.

Mindful meditation- Breathing meditations are simple, but we often make them difficult and complicated. You don't need to be in the lotus position, it's very uncomfortable. You can't meditate if you are not comfortable. So take a deep breath and ask why the chair was invented. In fact all you need is a chair, a body, some air and your mind.
