You’re not stuck — you’ve just been running on beliefs that were created long before today.

Most of the thoughts that tell us we “can’t,” “won’t,” or “never change” aren’t true…
they’re old patterns our mind repeats because it feels safe in the familiar.

But you’re allowed to interrupt that story.
You’re allowed to pause.
You’re allowed to take one slow breath and remind yourself:

“I get to choose a new story.”

It’s simple, but it’s powerful — because it brings you back into the present moment, where change actually happens.

But they’re not who you are.
And you’re allowed to stop believing them.
