I originally went to see Rika due to having severe issues with fatigue and nausea. I was feeling the effects of long covid, which had dogged me for two years. As a two time ironman triathlete I had been very fit, but was really struggling. I had also put on weight through a poor diet and really felt I was lacking direction and needed advice.
