What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes self-healing. Reiki means Rei = spiritual wisdom or universal meaning it is present everywhere. Ki = life energy that is non-physical and animates all living things. Reiki is a non- intrusive treatment that is promoted by the partitioner laying hands on or hands or off the client whilst lying or sitting fully clothed. What are crystals and how do they work? Crystals are part of the earths DNA and are formed with heat and pressure and are a chemical imprint of evolution. They all have their own individual, colouring, shape, size, smell, taste and vibration. Crystal’s store, generate and radiate energy. Crystals all have different uses and purposes that are unique to the person using them and the crystal itself. Crystals have grown in the earth crust over millions of years long before humans. High pressure and heat creates them into objects of the highest energy on earth, having crystals near you or on you raises your vibration by refracting and reflecting light into the auric field. What to expect! Reiki Treatment

A Reiki treatment will involve you completing a health questionnaire and disclaimer. The session depending on the timescale you choose will involve a discussion about what you would like to achieve from your Reiki session. You will be fully clothed and choose to either lie down on the therapy bed or sit on the therapy chair whatever will be the most comfortable for you to relax and unwind in a safe place and space. I will use the universal life force of Reiki to channel with intention healing divine light and energy into your aura and physical being by placing my hands on or off your body from head to toe. I work intuitively and will focus on areas of the body that I am guided or drawn to and will work to support self-healing for your highest good and the good of the collective. Crystal Treatment

A Crystal treatment will involve you completing a health questionnaire and disclaimer. The session depending on the timescale you choose will involve a discussion about what you would like to achieve from your Crystal session. I will place a number of crystals on your body in line with your chakra’s, from head to toe. I work intuitively and will focus in areas that I am drawn or guided to promote self-healing that is for your best and highest good. You will lie on the therapy bed fully clothed and use this time for you to relax and unwind in a safe space. Self-care and love of natural healing energy through crystals. Crystal and Reiki

Hey guys! I’m super excited to share Asé Inner soul sanctuary’s first event 🙌🏻. I am arranging a fundraising fantastic fun night of psychic demonstration along with the beautiful FACE Aesthetics - we have a mediumship floorshow with the beautiful and extremely funny Mags Tierney, and myself , 444 by nicole and the gorjuss Angela from RISE Holistic Therapies will be doing readings on the night ( tarot, oracle and angel) we will have a few stalls including a permanent jewellery stall and there will be some great raffle prizes there too so it’s shaping up to be a great wee night full of laughter . We are raising funds for a young girl who is suffering from a rare cancer - choriocarcenoma which was formed from a molar pregnancy and we want to just raise some funds to ease some financial pressure at this time as she is not getting any other financial help at the moment and so it will be ideal to come together as a community to help out ❤️the amazing Empowher House has kindly given us the run of the hall for the evening meaning ALL funds raised can go to this amazing cause - thank you Janie you are the best 😉😘❤️so to all my local followers if you fancy joining us for a night of just sitting back and having a laugh then come along and enjoy the show as we put the FUN in fundraiser 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻- tea, coffee and cake is all included in the ticket price and tickets can be purchased from Anita ( details below) .. What an amazing weekend for a crystal retreat weekend organised and hosted by

Such a magical weekend of connection, inspiration, healing, love, laughter and of course tears 😭 but all very healing ❤️‍🩹 and needed. Feeling so blessed and grateful for having such awesome kind people in my life. Always learning, growing and evolving one step at a time. I learned so much over the weekend and met some lovely people. The workshops were so good 😊 I loved reconnecting with my love and passion of crystal’s and how powerful they are 🙏🏻 I also really enjoyed being on the receiving end of a lovely sound bath hosted by Fiona thank you 🙏🏻 thank you 🙏🏻 thank you 🙏🏻❤️
