Family Choice Awards 2026 – Now Accepting Nominations!

We are now accepting nominations for the PH Care Group Family Choice Awards 2026. This is our third year running these awards, and what makes them so special is not only the holiday prize that one lucky employee will win, but the hundreds of thoughtful, kind messages we receive from families each year.

There is nothing more meaningful than hearing, in your own words, why a member of our team deserves recognition for the care and support they provide to your loved one.

Every nomination helps us celebrate outstanding people and learn what matters most to residents and families, so we can continue to strengthen and improve our care year on year.

December 2025 – Employee of the Month: Mike

Over the Christmas period, Mike went above and beyond to ensure every meal served to our residents was of an exceptional standard, adding quality, comfort, and enjoyment to a very special time of year.

Mike consistently listens to residents’ feedback about their meal choices and thoughtfully adapts menus to reflect individual preferences and needs. His commitment to continuous improvement, alongside his warm and person-centred approach, clearly demonstrates professionalism, genuine care, and real pride in his work.

Mike’s efforts have made a meaningful difference to residents’ comfort and wellbeing, and we are sincerely grateful for everything he does.

As we welcome New Year’s Eve, everyone at PH Care Group would like to wish our residents, families, friends, and employees a very Happy New Year.

This evening is a time to reflect on the year we are leaving behind, on the achievements we are proud of, the moments of laughter and connection, and the friendships we have made along the way. It is also a time to remember, with warmth and respect, the friends we have sadly lost, who will always remain part of our homes and our hearts.

We look forward to celebrating the New Year with you, and to all that the year ahead will bring, more shared moments, more memories made, and continued care delivered with compassion and dignity.

As we come to the end of 2025, we want to share just how valued your visits and feedback are to everyone at PH Care Group.

We are proud of the care and support we provide every day, and we also care deeply about the experience of our residents’ family members, friends, professionals, contractors, and all other visitors when they spend time in our homes.

This year, we recorded 24,710 visits across the group — that is 2,059 visits a month and around 68 visits every day. It is wonderful to see our residents enjoying so many meaningful moments with the people who matter most to them.

We are also genuinely grateful for the feedback you have shared. We will not always get everything right, but we are committed to listening, learning, and addressing concerns promptly. In 2025, visitors rated their experience as “Very Good” or “Good” as follows:
