Let’s talk numbers 🗣️

SAFA isn’t a one man operation, we aren’t funded through the NHS, council or government - we are a team of people that put their all into ensuring our service remains for those who need it most 💞

When we say every penny counts - we mean it! 💰

SAFA were pleased to welcome local MP Michelle Scrogham this week for a visit with our Ian and Ben to outline the work we do in the local area, and offer support in any way we can.

It was a great, engaging visit and we thank Michelle and Rosa for taking the time to come and visit! 💞

We say it a lot and will continue to say so - running a charity is not an easy feat, and one huge reason for this is cost 💰

We do not receive NHS/Council/Government funding - so for us, events are key!

Just a selection of fundraising events we are running this year are:

⭐ Scafell at Night
⭐ Cross Bay Walk
⭐ Mental Health Charity Ball

Anything pique your interest? Get in touch, and find out how you can join in and become one of our fundraising heroes! ✨

✨ Small Wins Amount to the Bigger Picture ✨

No matter how your mental health is, it’s important to think of what you’ve achieved - regardless of how big or ‘small’ it may seem!

Small wins can always amount to a bigger picture. What have you done in the last month that you feel proud of? 💭

If you feel comfortable, why not share with other either through a comment or a message! 🎤

We are always here to celebrate your wins - and you should be too 💞
