Let’s Be Honest. Grief has a habit of showing up at the strangest moments. In the supermarket. In traffic. Halfway through a normal Tuesday. It doesn’t follow logic, or a schedule. When did it catch you off guard? 👀

When it comes to grief, we don’t all turn to the same people for support. In our recent study, we found regional differences in how comfortable people feel discussing grief. These insights remind us that while experiences vary, there is no “correct” way to grieve. What matters most is finding support that feels right for you. Let’s Settle This. Black outfits and quiet hymns…or bright colours and big stories? For some, it’s about reflection. For others, it’s about raising a glass. And sometimes, it’s both. Where do you stand? 🩵

Let’s Be Honest. Sometimes it isn’t the big gestures. It’s the text that said nothing complicated. The cup of tea left on the bedside. The person who just sat there and didn’t try to fix it. What’s something small (or big) that meant everything to you? 🩵

Love doesn't end just because a life does but it sure makes days like today feel heavy.
You don’t have to do anything or feel any certain way. Just take it one hour at a time.

Missing them can show up in unexpected moments. That’s part of grief, even when it catches you off guard. Grief is weird 💙

This week is Cervical Cancer Prevention week, and we have joined our friends at Woman's Community Matters, talking about screenings and making pants to raise awareness and encourage others to access their screening.
We have popped some pants in our toilet to encourage the conversation.

Why it matters:
*Cervical cancer is highly preventable, with 99% of cases linked to HPV.
*Regular screening can detect abnormalities early, often 15-20 years before cancer develops.
*It's one of the most treatable cancers if caught early, but late diagnosis leads to poorer outcomes.
